How do I book?

You can book by telephone, or by email (see our Contact Us Page).

How much notice should I give?

No notice is required however it is advisable to book as early as possible as we do get booked up.

How much does it cost?

Our prices are flexible depending on the equipment required and location. Please give us a call for a quotation - we will aim to beat any other genuine quote that you have received. We’re good like that

How much public liability cover do you have?

We have £10 million coverage and are licensed to trade at both private and public events (including licensed premises).

Do I have to pay a deposit?

For corporate customers or bookings with a value in excess of £250
We do ask for a deposit upfront in order to secure your booking. The deposit amount is 25% of your booking value and is due within 48 hours of placing your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days in advance of the booking hire date.

For corporate customers or bookings with a value in excess of £500
We do ask for a deposit upfront in order to secure your booking. The deposit amount is 50% of your booking value and is due within 48 hours of placing your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days in advance of the booking hire date.

Do I need to provide anything?

Sometimes, to form part of the hire agreement you may need to show us one form of photo ID which states your address (for example a driving license).

Can I cancel my booking?

For bookings with a value of less than £250

If the weather is bad on the day of your event and you are able to offer 2 hours notice there will be no charge for cancellation and we are happy to move the booking to another date or provide a credit voucher. We certainly don’t want to penalise you for the British weather.

If your booking has been confirmed and you wish to cancel there will be a £20 cancellation charge to cover any admin costs. Alternatively you can move your booking to another date free of charge. You will be sent an invoice by email. If you have already paid we will refund minus this charge of your transaction directly into your bank account.

If cancelling your booking for any other reason, and within 14 days of the hire date, there will be a 25% cancellation charge. You will be sent an invoice by email. If you have already paid we will refund 75% of your transaction directly into your bank account.

If cancelling your booking for any other reason, and within 7 days of the hire date, there will be a 50% cancellation charge. You will be sent an invoice by email. If you have already paid we will refund 50% of your transaction directly into your bank account.

Can I book more than one date if I am not sure what date I will need to hire on yet?

Unfortunately not. We are unable to book multiple dates for the same hire item if you have not decided on the date of your event yet (to account for weather, venue availability, etc). This is so we can maintain availability of hire stock for other customers who may wish to book the same hire item. See our cancellation policy regarding bad weather and early cancellation.
